STYX in Chicago
I apologize for not having much to say about the actual show this time… I was glad I got to see Joe Stark, Billy Squier and Bad Company one more time. To say they all put on an excellent show is a huge understatement. However, did I mention this was Styx in Chicago and I was in the front row? This was just almost too much for my nervous system!
As for Styx… I can't explain it but I am at a loss to put this show into words. The energy of the crowd, the dynamic force of the band, the absolute saturation of emotion that started for me the moment the lights dropped and continued until long after the last note of music had faded… this was Styx in Chicago.
